On a personal note, I live in Kingston Ontario with Lucy, my sweet special needs pup. She inspires me to embrace all the weather these seasons have to offer... there is no storm left unwalked! In recent years I have discovered a passion for Reformer Pilates. It has truly done wonders for my body and mind, nothing like a flamingo plank to make you feel like a super hero. I also love to spend as much time gardening and canning as the Canadian weather will allow - I am always open to gardening tips, my thumbs are not yet green. I am also the adoring Auntie to my wonderful niece Rooksby and nephew Hugo, and sweet Joshua, Jacob and Sophie.

With an MBA from Queen’s University and over 20 years of professional experience in strategy, business administration, learning and leadership development at leading organizations like CIBC, SickKids, WSIB, and Toronto Metropolitan University, I bring a strategic lens and broad perspective to every engagement. My Adler coaching certification, and training in EQi 2.0, Crucial Conversations, and Leading at the Speed of Trust further enhance my ability to connect with clients.
